Edwards helps people with health challenges to increase their
consumption of fresh living foods. He has a degree in Natural
therapeutics, a diploma in nutritional therapy and is a nutritional
Gareth has successfully helped people in a broad diversity
of situations. He practices at London’s leading complimentary
health Hale Clinic and from his home clinic in Clapham (SW11).
Gareth regularly lectures throughout the UK and co-hosts farm
based residential weekends in Devon. He competes successfully
in sport at National and International competitions.
His fresh food based approach draws inspiration from his extensive
nutrition education, a visit to the Hippocrates Centre in
Florida and tuition by American microbiologist Robert Young.
He was also taught by British Nutritionist Patrick Holford
during his studies at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
Gareth is constantly aware of the holistic nature of health
and wellbeing. Consultations are focused around diet, nutrition,
hydration and lifestyle. He also aims to consider social context
in a client’s life that may directly or indirectly impact
dietary choice and selection.
Gareth has won three sporting national championship titles
and wrote a weekly column in the Daily Star for two years.
