The second consultation takes place 7-14 days after the first consultation.

Online consultations for new clients
The first consultation will consist of:
– a review of any current health goals and / or challenges
– a review of your medical history
– a review of any recent blood or other metabolic marker results
– recording any current medication
– a review of any nutritional supplements being taken
– a dietary and hydration review
– lifestyle and daily routine review
The second consultation:
To review progress and provide on-going support with dietary and lifestyle change.

Online consultations for existing clients
Follow up and review consultations can be booked for ½ an hour (£30) or 1 hour (£60)
